Thank you for choosing Montblanc luxury products. To ensure a secure and convenient shopping experience, we offer an exclusive Cash on Delivery service in select regions, in addition to our secure online payment options.
When selecting Cash on Delivery, please note and adhere to the following terms of service:
**Service Scope and Limits**
**Delivery Partner:** To ensure the safety of high-value items, our Cash on Delivery service is exclusively handled by SF Express (or a premium logistics provider of equivalent standard). This service is available only in areas where the courier supports "Cash on Delivery" (payment collection) services.
**Transaction Limits:** Due to risks associated with handling cash and payment collection, Cash on Delivery is available only for orders with a total value between [Insert Minimum Amount, e.g., 2,000 RMB] and [Insert Maximum Amount, e.g., 50,000 RMB]. For orders exceeding these limits, please select a secure online payment method.
**Accepted Payment Methods**
When the courier delivers your Montblanc package, you may make the payment using the following methods:
**Cash Payment:** Please prepare the exact amount in cash in advance. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we recommend having the exact change ready to avoid the need for a re-delivery attempt caused by the courier's inability to provide change.
**Electronic Scan-to-Pay:** In most regions, couriers support on-site scan-to-pay using WeChat Pay, Alipay, or specific bank cards (availability depends on the courier's specific terminal equipment).
**No Checks Accepted:** For security reasons, couriers do not accept personal or corporate checks of any kind.
**On-site Receipt and Inspection Process**
Given the precious nature of Montblanc products and to protect the interests of both parties, please follow the procedure below upon receipt:
**Payment Before Unboxing:** In accordance with the official Cash on Delivery regulations of premium courier services, you must pay the full amount and sign for the delivery before opening the original Montblanc gift packaging. On-the-spot inspection: After payment, please be sure to open the package immediately in the presence of the courier to inspect the Montblanc item (e.g., writing instruments, watches, leather goods) for any damage and to verify that all accessories (original gift box, warranty card, instruction manual, etc.) are included.
Handling irregularities: If, upon opening the package, you discover significant shipping damage or find that the item does not match your order, please immediately ask the courier to issue an "official inspection exception certificate" and contact our store's online customer service on the spot; we will expedite the resolution process for you.
Policy on malicious refusal of delivery and returns/exchanges
Regarding refusal of delivery: Please confirm your intent to purchase before placing an order. If a package is refused or returned after three failed delivery attempts due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind without cause or inability to be contacted), our store reserves the right to revoke the account's eligibility for "Cash on Delivery" services on future orders. The buyer may also be liable for the round-trip insured shipping costs incurred.
Processing refunds: If you wish to return an item after signing for it (provided it remains in brand-new, unused condition), refunds cannot be issued as cash by the courier. You must contact our store's customer service and provide your bank account details or the original online verified account used for payment; once we receive and verify that the returned item is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund via bank transfer.
