**Premium Packaging Service**
**Authentic Packaging:** All Montblanc products come with their original official gift boxes or dust bags (please refer to the specific product page for details).
**Secure Reinforcement:** Given the high value of these items, we wrap the original gift box in high-density shock-absorbing bubble wrap and place it inside a custom, heavy-duty shipping carton to ensure complete safety during long-distance transit.
**Gift Services:** If this order is a gift, please leave a note when placing it. We can omit the price list from the package and include a beautiful, handwritten greeting card.
**Shipping Methods, Timelines, and Costs**
To ensure the safety of high-value items, we do not use standard, low-cost courier services. We partner exclusively with top-tier logistics providers in the industry.
**Standard Delivery:** Free shipping store-wide. Orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours of confirmation, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days (excluding remote areas).

**High-Value Insurance and Secure Delivery**
Due to the high value of Montblanc products, every package is covered by comprehensive, high-value shipping insurance. To protect your rights, please adhere to the following delivery procedures:
**Personal Signature Required:** To prevent loss, all packages require a handwritten or electronic signature from the recipient. Couriers will not leave packages in parcel lockers or pickup points, nor will they leave them unattended at your doorstep.
**Inspect the Outer Carton:** Upon delivery, please inspect the outer carton to ensure it is intact and check the tamper-evident seal for any signs of tampering or damage.
**Handling Exceptions:** If you notice severe deformation or signs that the package has been opened, please refuse delivery immediately. Take photos as evidence and contact our online customer service team right away. Should any damage occur during transit due to the courier service, the insurance company and our store will jointly cover the full cost of the loss, provided the issue is identified before you sign for the delivery.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may contact us to change the delivery address or cancel your order at any time before the package is handed over to the courier.
After Shipment: Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept it in transit due to the high costs associated with logistics and shipping insurance. If you wish to redirect the shipment or refuse delivery for personal reasons, you may be liable for the round-trip shipping and insurance costs incurred.
