Montblanc Official Return and Refund Policy
Dear Valued Customer, thank you for choosing Montblanc. We are dedicated to providing you with luxury masterpieces that embody the finest European craftsmanship. Should you not be completely satisfied with a product purchased through official Montblanc channels, we are pleased to offer convenient return and exchange services.
To ensure a smooth process, please carefully review the following return terms:
Return Request Period
You may request a return without providing a specific reason within 30 days of receiving your Montblanc product (please refer to specific announcements for terms regarding certain limited editions or promotional events).
Return Eligibility Conditions
To successfully process a refund, all returned products must pass a rigorous inspection by the Montblanc Quality Control Center. Returned products must meet the following conditions:
In Pristine Condition: The product must remain in its original, brand-new, and unused state, free from any signs of wear, scratches, or usage.
Complete Packaging: All original packaging—including the Montblanc gift box, dust bag, and protective films—must be included.
Complete Accessories: All accompanying manuals, warranty cards (Service Guides), certificates of authenticity, and any complimentary gifts must be returned together with the product.
No Ink Contamination: Writing instruments (fountain pens) must not be filled with ink or dipped for testing. Returns cannot be processed if traces of ink remain on the nib, converter, or ink cartridge.
Watches and Leather Goods: Protective films on watches must remain intact, and watch straps must show no creases or marks from wear; packaging and metal protective films on leather goods must remain in their original condition.
Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted In the Following Cases:
Personalized/Customized Products: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any products that have undergone engraving, embossing, or special modifications requested by the customer (such as custom nibs).
Missing Warranty Card/Certificate: If the original warranty card or unique certificate of authenticity cannot be provided, the product is considered incomplete, and the return will not be accepted. Return Process

Secure Packaging: Please use the original shipping carton to securely pack and seal the item(s) being returned, including all accessories.
Option 2: Return at a Montblanc-owned boutique (select regions only)
You may visit a Montblanc-owned boutique in your country or region to process the return, provided you bring the item(s) in pristine condition, the original packaging, and proof of purchase (invoice or electronic order record).
Note: Items purchased from authorized retailers, duty-free shops, or outlet stores cannot be returned at Montblanc-owned boutiques.
